The Role
As Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for architects, designers, and builders, providing expert advice on acoustic products and premium commercial textiles. You will manage client relationships, oversee project orders from initial consultation through to delivery, and work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders
Provide product expertise and guidance on commercial textiles and acoustic solutions
Manage project orders from quotation through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines

Skills and Experience
Experience in account management, ideally within designer textiles, commercial interiors, or architectural products
